This is a vital step that gives the sales representative an opportunity one final time to highlight the positives from their selling step; focusing on the benefits the that the prospect would have the greatest interest in. This is also a good time, if you are selling a product or service to cover costs. If you are setting an appointment this is the time to share the benefits again that will motivate your prospect to agree to meet with you. The Trial Close will test how well you performed your presentation and if your offer seems valuable enough to your prospect to agree. If you get objections, this is the step you should get them and you want to encourage them. Your Trial Close is the step where you have the greatest control to overcome objections.
