The Post Close, Module 12
What is the need for this course?
Once you have received a commitment from your prospect, you need to reinforce or strengthen that commitment with a post close. Many agents are instructed,
“Close and get off quickly.” In reality, what they’re being told is, “Close and get off quickly, before prospects change their mind!” The Post Close will decrease cancellation, rescheduling, or no-shows. Post Close serves to overcome your prospect’s fear, “What have I done?”. If you have performed your presentation correctly you will not get resistance in your post close….you can post close with confidence!
